Materials for applying to changing the business address of the representative office:

a. Original of application letter signed by the legal representative or an authorized signatory. If the new address is in the same city as the original address, the application letter may be signed by the chief representative of the representative office with the office stamp;

b. Leasing contract of the new office or other relevant evidence materials;

c. Original of approval certificate on the representative office;

d. Photocopy of business registration certificate from industrial and commercial bureau.

All the documents aboved shall be written in Chinese and sealed with office stamp; and if it is written in any other language, an enclosure of Chinese translation shall be followed.
