外交部近日通知，《中华人民共和国政府和阿尔及利亚民主人民共和国政府关于互免持外交、公务护照人员签证的协定》已于2018年7月11日在北京签署，并于2019年3月13日正式生效。

根据该协定，缔约双方持有效外交、公务护照的非常驻缔约另一方公民，在缔约另一方入境、过境、停留和出境，免办签证，自入境之日起每180日可停留不超过90日。

望各有关航空运输企业据此为两国互免签证人员出行提供便利。

NOTICE

The Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria signed the AGREEMENT ON MUTUAL VISA EXEMPTION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE PASSPORTS on July 11, 2018. It has been come into effect on March 13, 2019.

Nationals of either Contracting Party holding valid diplomatic or service passports, not accredited in the territory of their respective countries, may enter into, transit through, stay in and exit from the territory of the other Party, without visa, within a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of their arrival, during a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days.

The CAAC expects every air carrier to facilitate travel for officers who meet the specifications of above.
