Notice on the Prevention and Control of Pneumonia Caused by the Novel Coronavirus

To relevant foreign airlines it may concern:
For the purpose of curbing the spread of the pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus and in accordance with the overall deployment of the disease prevention and control, please pay close attention to the development of the coronavirus as well as the recommended prevention and control measures given by relevant Chinese authorities, follow closely the situation and cut down the scheduled flights to and from Wuhan operated by your airlines when necessary. At the same time, passenger settlement and consumer rights protection should also be guaranteed. Flights cut-down out of the considerations to curb the spread of the coronavirus will not be counted against various marking mechanisms, such as flight execution rate, regularity rate, and consumer complaint rate. This notice shall also apply to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan airlines.
