Supplementary Notice on Free-of-charge Refunding of Civil Air Tickets

To all transport airlines:
For the purpose of continuous joint-prevention and control of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus, and implementation of requirements of State Council General Office’s notice on prolonging the Spring Festival holiday, it is decided that all airlines and their ticket sales agents shall refund, within their periods of validity, the civil air tickets purchased by travelers before and planned to use after 00:00 of January 28, 2020, if travelers apply for refunding before take-off of the flights concerned, and no fees shall be charged.
This requirement shall be applicable at 00:00 of January 28, 2020.
