CAAC Approves the First Privately Owned Petrochemical Enterprise in China for Access to Jet Fuel Market
On October 22, CAAC held a seminar in Beijing on the airworthiness of No.3 Jet fuel produced by Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Refinery Co., Ltd. CAAC issued the Chinese Technical Standard Order Authorization (CTSOA) for No.3 Jet fuel to Hengli Refinery on this occasion, marking that the aviation kerosene produced by a privately owned petrochemical enterprise in China has for the first time gained airworthiness approval, and can be put into commercial use. CAAC Deputy Administrator Li Jian was present at the seminar and delivered a speech.
