China and Estonia Hold Aviation Talks
On October 23, 2019, CAAC Administrator Feng Zhenglin led a delegation to visit Tallinn and held bilateral aviation talks with Ahti Kuningas, Deputy Secretary General for Transport at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia. The two sides reached an agreement on amending the 1999 Air Services Agreement and expanding air traffic rights between the two countries, and signed a MOU. The agreement has laid a legal foundation for air carriers from both China and Europe to open flights between China and Estonia, as well as for the two sides to carry out business cooperation.
